About the Internship

We, at FULL Creative, believe that one can learn to do anything; Given the time and space where one can explore, experiment without the fear of failures. Our Human Resources internship is a hands-on learning experience which will expose the students to recruitment practices within our organization.

The Human Resources Internship is open to students who have a Masters with specialization in HR. The internship period is for 3 months. This is a hybrid internship and you are expected to work from the office for at least 2 days of the week. Please note that you cannot do your project/thesis here. This is a paid, performance based internship and the stipend will be 15,000 per month. You will have two rounds of interviews with the HR team. All the best!


Must Haves

  • Knowledge of basic recruitment practices and a basic understanding of recruitment platforms such as Naukri and Indeed.
  • Proper email and telephone etiquette to collaborate with internal team members as well as candidates.
  • English language proficiency and good communication skills.
  • Should be organized and must be familiar with spreadsheets.
  • Should be living in Chennai or willing to move to Chennai at the earliest possibility. Should be able to work from the office for at least 2 days in a week.


Responsibilities

  • Learn about various positions at FULL to identify suitable candidates. 
  • Source and screen candidates from various sources such as Naukri and LinkedIn. Collaborate with multiple teams to schedule interviews for the shortlisted candidates. 
  • Play a key role in our learning and development meeting for our internship program. 
  • Work closely with the HR team in organizing and conducting employee engagement activities.

You will be a part of the HR team from day one. You will be exposed to both technical and non-technical recruitment processes. The pandemic has altered the job market which requires innovative recruitment practices. From sourcing candidates through job portals to conducting a completely virtual interview and onboarding process, you will learn about everything that will equip you for your career as a HR professional.
